11 Apr COVID-19 Updates
We are keeping a close eye on the Corona Virus Pandemic. We want our guests to have the best and safest experience possible and are staying up to date on all updates with Yellowstone National Park. We are taking appropriate actions to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus based on the guidance of the CDC.
Due to COVID-19 we are forced to change our cancellation policy. We will issue a Gift Card that does not expire for any cancellations for Summer 2020. If you request for a full refund, we can issue those beginning July 1, 2020. Until then, we are unable to give you an immediate refund, so we ask you take a gift card for now so we can update our cancellations. Please call after July 1st if you wish to exchange Your Gift Card for a Credit Card Refund. We will not be able to accept your call until then.

You may continue to book ONLINE ONLY (please no phone calls)until we have proper staffing to answer those calls. We still plan to open at the end of May, but we will continue to monitor the progress of the pandemic every day. Yellowstone National Park is currently CLOSED. We will take the actions of nps.govinto consideration when determining the opening of the raft company.
Montana is currently in Phase I of re-opening. The March 30 Directivethat stated travelers arriving from another state or country to Montana for non-work-related purposes undergo a 14-day self-quarantine has been extended through the end of the emergency.
