The Hawkeye Suite
A spacious and luxurious 4-bedroom penthouse suite that features a private and secure entrance. With a total area of 2,412 square feet, the suite is ideal for larger groups or families. The Hawkeye Suite has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including a washer and dryer en-suite for added convenience. Enjoy the 400 sq. ft. penthouse deck with a grill, two en-suite decks, or the lower level Yellowstone Tipi Lodge deck with gas fire pit allowing guests to enjoy the stunning mountain scenery and adjacent horse pasture.
The suite is equipped with central air conditioning and a fireplace, providing guests with comfortable indoor temperatures regardless of the weather. The fully amended kitchen and dining area includes a breakfast bar and a 10-person dining room table, enabling guests to prepare and enjoy their own meals. The living room boasts a cozy L-shape sectional and sofa, an 80" Smart TV, and strong Wi-Fi, providing ample space and ability to relax and be entertained.

Experience the ultimate in unique and authentic outdoor accommodation with our spacious, handcrafted canvas Tipis located at the North Entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Our fully enclosed grass Tipi yard provides a private and comfortable space, while offering a connection to nature.
Each Tipi comes equipped with access to its own private European-styled full bath in the adjacent bathhouse, a high output cooling fan, space heater and heated mattress covers, a dresser and sitting area, strong WiFi, Adirondack and lounge chairs, plus on-site wildlife viewing, and stargazing areas.
Guests can also enjoy the Main Lodge Common Area, which features an 80" SmartTV, a selection of books, games, and puzzles, a fully stocked kitchen, coffee station, microwave, dining tables for indoor meals, and a large lounge deck with a gas "Yellowstone Tipis" fire pit.

This vacation rental offers private river access, making it a perfect destination for fly fishing all year-round. After a day of adventure, enjoy the convenience of nearby dining options, a grocery store, and shopping, all within walking distance.
As you enter the home, a landscaped courtyard and private parking spot await you. The dining table, with seating for 6, offers unparalleled views of the river. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, while Bedroom 2 features two full-size beds. Each room includes a luggage rack, black-out blinds, and a large closet. In the summer, we provide a portable air conditioning unit, while in the winter, cove heating and a gas fireplace keep you comfortable.
The main bathroom features an 8-foot shower with a rain shower head and a glass partition, while a half bath makes it easy for families to get ready in the morning. The 30 ft. deck has a gas BBQ and, in the summer, an outdoor couch with a coffee table. Please note that due to the deck over the river, we ask that children be 10 years or older.

YELLOWSTONE WaterHouse II
The Yellowstone Water House II is a beautifully renovated vacation rental with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, offering a beautiful and relaxing destination for up to 4 guests. Located on the bottom level of Waterhouse I, on the banks of the Yellowstone River with direct access into Yellowstone National Park. The rental has been thoughtfully remodeled and decorated with comfort, style, and welcoming ambiance in mind with private river access for guests to enjoy.
This lower unit is 1,200 sq/ft and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed, and Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. The bathroom has double sinks and towels for guests' convenience. The kitchen has a pantry, Senseo Coffee Maker, toaster, microwave, mixing bowls, picnic basket, cooking and eating utensils.
The living room is a relaxing space with a 55" SmartTV, a large comfy couch, and an oversized chair. Guests can log into their Prime, Netflix, Disney+, etc. accounts. The rental has canned lighting, French doors, and new windows that have been installed to bring in natural light and the surrounding views. Each bedroom has a window or windows that open to the river, offering guests a beautiful natural view.
Water House Two is located in a nice neighborhood, within walking distance to local amenities, including restaurants, shops, and the Headquarters of Yellowstone Forever for Ranger and Naturalist Talks. The Boiling River, a popular soaking spot, is just inside the park gate, and Mammoth Hot Springs is located 15 minutes from the house. The new Yellowstone Hot Springs is just North of Town, approximately 15 minutes away. Due to the rental home's proximity to the river, we ask that children be 10 years or older.
