Raft Guide
Training for white water rafting jobs is both challenging and extremely rewarding! You’ll meet new friends who love living and working outside, create amazing memories, and have the time of your life learning new skills! We want passionate individuals, ready to learn and excited to work hard. Kayaking/ River Guides must be physically fit, confident in the water, calm in emergency situations, willing to work long days, be CPR/First Aid Certified, have excellent customer service skills, and be patient. New Hires will be signed up for Swiftwater Rescue Class, this is a $300 course and a certification you pay. Certification is valid for 3 years and can be used with other jobs.

Your day typically starts with the first trip (10:00 am) and ends with the last trip, which can vary depending on bookings. You will take group photos, then head to the river for action shots, come back to the office to download, edit, and display photos on the shop displays. We do have a camera for you to use if needed and you will need a car.

Our Reservations & Retail staff are the face of the company. To be part of our team you must have an excellent attitude and never get tired of smiling! People from all around the world visit Yellowstone. Patience, a passion for tourism, being flexible, and being a great multi-tasker are a must! Duties include but are not limited to; answering phones, taking reservations, checking guests in, cashier, keeping the office clean, and keeping merchandise stocked and organized.
